Cheyenne Animal Shelter to hold disc golf tournament

CHEYENNE, Wyo. — The Cheyenne Animal Shelter will be holding a disc golf tournament Saturday, July 8.

The “Discers for Critters” event will take place at Romeo Park from 9 a.m. until 5 p.m. The event includes a free BBQ lunch, craft beer and soda.

Interested community members can register for the event here. All registrations must be completed online on the Disc Golf Scene registration page by July 6.

The CAS will host any division with at least three registrants. Player packs will be given to all amateur players to include a custom tournament stamp premium plastic Discmania disc, cooling towel and $10 gift card to throwyo.com.

The event consists of two rounds of singles and 44-hole competition with prizes for the top amateur finishers and 100% pay-out to professionals.
